CENATIC (Centro Nacional de Referencia de Aplicación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación -TIC- basadas en fuentes abiertas) is a public foundation promoted by the Spanish Ministry, Tourism and Commerce (through the Secretary for the Information Society and the public entity Red.es) and the Junta de Extremadura. Cenatic is the only strategic project from the Spanish Government to promote the knowledge and use of open software.
