Kabandy is a Belgian start-up, spin-off of the Free University of Brussels. Kabandy’s mission is to democratize the use of BIM (Building Information Model – the 3D digital representation of a construction project) for quantity visualization, extraction and management, for the construction & real estate industries. Our customers use Kabandy to address 4 use-cases: (1) Create Bill of Quantities for tendering & cost estimates; (2) Produce Progress of Work reports during execution; (3) Perform Quality Control of the 3D models & (4) Develop Building Inventories for Asset Management.
