The AIDHealth project aims to support regulatory-compliant development of AI and data-driven software in healthcare. Despite the potential of AI and health data, adoption remains slow due to complex and overlapping regulations such as MDR, GDPR, and the AI Act. These challenges are especially significant when large, high-quality personal data sets are required for AI model development in the context of medical software. AIDHealth will provide a framework of methods and tools to enable faster and more efficient AI development across the full life cycle, with solutions tested in real-world use cases.
