U-Prevent Connect

As a MDR compliant medical device U-Prevent supports care professionals in patient’s personalized shared decision making on cardiovascular risks and treatments. U-Prevent is referenced in the European CVRM guidelines multiple times as device to use for patient treatment. To simplify working with U-Prevent we now offer U-Prevent Connect. Which allows the user to work in U-Prevent with data prepopulated from the patient file in the Patient Information Systems (Electronic Health Record). This speeds U-Prevent use and avoids manual data-entry errors.

U-Prevent Connect supports an API to push data from a Patient Information System to pre-populate the U-Prevent data entry screens. This allows the user to work faster and error free. A data validity can be checked based on the timestamps received from the Patient Information System. For information on integration contact the U-Prevent team.

U-Prevent Connect can be embedded via iFrame in the Patient Information System or opened in a new browser window.

The intended U-Prevent users are care professionals at primary or secondary care. Typical U-Prevent customers are hospitals or primary care organizations. Providers of Patient Information Systems act as business partners, facilitating the use of U-Prevent Connect via their system.

U-Prevent Connect is offered on subscription basis.
